Our team of seasoned finance professionals delivers financial best practices while leading hands‐on finance operations for 23 years in world‐class Fortune 500 companies internationally.
A Team Of Professionals
I am an experienced, hands-on fractional CFO.
In the past, I was responsible for full fiduciary financial management of international entities ranging from $20-$40M in Fortune 500 companies. After 23 years in Corporate, I started managing finance for small businesses in 2001.
I have a passion for translating enterprise level finance fundamentals to organizations of any size – and overall for building rock solid financial management while maximizing profitability.
In my personal life, I love sailing and spending time with my beloved husband.
One of my biggest kicks in life is collaborating and being part of exceptional teams.
I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1983 with a double BS in Chemistry & Psychology and from UT McCombs Graduate School of Business in 1988 with a double concentration in Finance & Management Science. I am an experienced financial modeling expert.
I have helped several Fortune 50 companies maximize their returns in countless $50-500M deals and numerous start-ups maximize their take-out values in the $5-150M range. I specialize in translating disparate financial models into cohesive, actionable financial plans with clearly articulated and easily understood forward cash forecasts, KPIs, KRs, variance analyses and management objectives.
Unified Finance Organization was Brigitte and Christina’s vision but Brigitte was able to hire me away from the Teachers Retirement System of Texas in 2018 and, since then, we have been able to grow revenues & profitability thereafter at or exceeding our business plan while enjoying a vastly improved work/life balance. The adrenaline rush of helping a portfolio of start-ups with the experience of having helped more than a few start-ups is much less terrifying and very satisfying.
It is a true joy in life to find a partner who shares your passions; even more so if those passions are a bit esoteric such as entrepreneurial finance, offshore sailing, world travel, cooking and continuous improvement/exploring/learning.
I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Architectural Engineering. However, during my last year at university, I opted to go the entrepreneurial route rather than a desk job at an engineering firm.
Since 2003, I have co-owned several businesses, and discovered that my passion for numbers, details, and telling people what to do, was very useful in the finance and operations sides of the businesses.
When Brigitte and I started working together in 2011, it was evident that uniting our talents is a powerful combination. Thus, UFO was born.
My passions are for coding, programming, and numbers. And, I love solving problems. My work with UFO is primarily developing the website and platform, designing and updating spreadsheets, as well as reporting and bookkeeping.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my children.
